Upgrading from iCore Process Server v2.84 (or earlier)
If you are running iCPS v2.84 or earlier, it is not possible to upgrade to the latest version of iCPS directly. Instead, you need to perform the procedure in the following steps:
- Download and install the iCPS v2.84 Service Pack 5 installation files, and upgrade your iCore systems.
- Run iCPS v2.84 SP 5 for at least three months.

A prerequisite before you can proceed to upgrade to later versions, is that iCPS has been running successfully in managed mode for at least three months.
- Download and install the iCPS v4.1
Update 5 (with the latest service pack) installation files, and
upgrade your iCore systems.
